Your choice of drink can really make or break your entire perception of the dish in front of you. All of your senses are involved in choosing the right wine, and this can be overwhelming; that is why it was so important to us to have someone guide you through our menu, and help you make the right choice. From our house wines to our most special and unique bottles, we will find the right fit for you.
My duty and mission as head chef is to represent and convey that feeling of family, love and care that the owners have been passing onto thousand of people for so many years.
Our cuisine is mainly based on a fusion between mediterranean and asian cooking styles, with french, peruvian and italian influences.
It is full of color, textures and flavours, only based on products of the highest quality and locally sourced, straight out of Formentera's land and sea; it is made with love.
